License troubles!

I keep having to enter my license code! Purchased the software on 4/20/2014 . Had it on an HP Slimline Win7 Home 64bit and every time the machine would reboot it would loose the license code. Checked the BIOS, no speed step setting to disable. Emailed support, they even gave me a different code to use. Worked fine then after a windows update that caused a reboot the license again had to be entered!

I finally decided to move it to my Lenovo Desktop. So after a reboot Tuesday night caused by Windows updates - I AGAIN had to enter the license code!!

Anyone else have this problem or have any clues? I am running AVG AntiVirus and Zonealarm - any known issues there?
 
I think you will have to contract support again..did you make sure to uninstall it from the hp machine..
