Have a weird issue. I'm using "limit decoding unless required" on all my cameras (if not my CPU is pinned at 100% and the computer is not useable). I'm not using BI for any motion detection - this is handled locally on the mobotix and axis cameras.
When motion is detected BI is triggered using an http push. Works great when the limit decoding option is turned off. For some reason when it is on - BI is still triggered properly (e.g., the motion trigger shows a red outlined box in BI), but the alerts are not actually being processed and show in the clips list.
Doesn't make much sense as to why it isn't working since I am not relying on BI motion sensing. Anyone else see this behaviour? Is there a fix?
