I have Hik NVR DS-7616NI-E2/8P with ver 3.3.2 .
I set up the Line Crossing Detection (VCA) in the cameras and check the box to save pictures.
when i search in "VCA Search" it say "No picture file found" and in the log i see when line detection alarm start and i receive email alerts but without pictures.
So anyone know why its not save the pictures or how i fix that?
