Hi

So I have these setting and areas mapped out and for some reason it is not working at night they are set to automatically turn on at 9pm and off at 6am however If I manually turn it on during the day it works.

I use the hikapp to schedule when they turn on rather than the NVR this way I can manually arm and disarm the area as I please without having to log into the NVR.

I have had people walk up the driveway and also cars enter without a trigger notification at night.

Have I done something wrong or are these settings no good?

Thanks

That appears to be rather high and only one line.

The reason it works during the day is the available light.

At night the image is darker (maybe B/W) so the camera can't see as well.

Post some pics of the field of view at night and if possible a videowith someone walking thru that line. You may need to add light and/or more tripwires.

When you say high what do you mean as in the line is towards the top of the image?

Here is a shot of it at night. It's pretty well lit I believe there is a street light near by. Plus when a car comes up the drive there is a fair bit of light from that also.
