I have the 2U server case build coming up in a week or so. The mobo I bought has 1 NIC port. I do have a Ubiquiti UDM router and 48 port managed POE switch which supports aggregation. Reading up thru previous forum posts makes things...confusing. As I read up on it, link aggregation does not double the bandwidth but does help with multiple connections. For a single Blue Iris setup with 14 cameras on the network, would that be 14 multiple connections to Blue Iris plus remote pc for UI3 to make link aggregation worth it? Or does "multiple connections" actually mean two physical connections: #1 to router/switch for LAN, #2 to switch for subnet purposes.
Somewhere else I read said Windows 10 does not support aggregation. Only servers. Any verification out there?
