Hi All,
Is there a way I can call my PTZ to a pre-set using the trigger of the DS KD 8003 intercom button ?
I'm guessing there must be an alarm connection on the intercom, but can this be via a network, as the intercom is POE and connected via network to the Indoor Station & Hikvision NVR
I had originally set up a link to call the PTZ using the intrusion detection event, but it is so sensitive even at its lowest setting, that the PTZ was getting too many false alarms.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Regards Dave
