I went and walked it, and drove it at 18 mph, no icy condition. I risked my own car at that speed. its a 10-12 mph corner on a good day.

Yeah, they will claim icy condition, but it is clear they were not paying attention. Those wheels didn't turn and if they were turning hard left to try to avoid the rocks, those front tires would have been shoved completely left and snapped.

It's not easy looking down at a cell phone in your hand and also having to pay attention to where you're going......so I'll just go a little faster so I'll spend less time having to do those 2 things...:confused:

Looking at the tire track it's a straight line with the tread pattern visible. No skidding there. Drove straight into it. Can we all say distracted driving?
 
It appears as though she altered her course a few degrees until the car is pointed directly towards the final target, and then it's as though it's on auto-pilot after that . no braking, no attempt to redirect.


Perhaps it's an insurance scam, or someone else's name is on the title, and she's pissed at that guy. Merry holidays.


I'm only happy it wasn't a child playing outdoors, like children were known to do back in the day.
