Live View Failed with Virtual Host Camera

hey guys

i dont know what i've done, but i have virtual host enabled on the nvr, so that i can gain access to the ip camera web page, however for some reason now i cant view the live view on the camera web page. it comes up with message live view failed.

however the live view works correctly on the nvr web page.
can any one help?

ok never mind. turns out its the firmware version 5.5.4_171206 for the G1 camera i have the DS-2CD2355FWD-I
i updated the firmware to version 5.5.60_180515 and its all good.
