Liveview on monitor ok, but live view on app never connected, why!?

Dahua NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2 used with Dahua 4mp cam.
system working good on monitor, but when I tried to get a remote view on Lechange app, always connect failed, even DMSS. I could even see the playback , just couldn't get a live view!

Any advice?

How are you configuring your network and what address are you using to reach your system on your PC? If you are on the local network and your recorder is set to http port 80, you should be able to reach the recorder by using the local address. Some recorders are set to http port 88 which may require port forwarding or other configurations, even on your local network.
