loading h.264 player... BUSY

When loading UI3 in chrome on one PC (the one I use the most), the initial screen sticks on "loading h.264 player... BUSY".

No issues in IE11 on this PC. No issues with Chrome on 2 other PC's. I've rebooted and turned off antivirus/firewall on this PC, no change.

Searching google didn't help much. It did find alot of non password controlled, port forwarded Blue Iris installs. FWIW, those UI3's opened just fine :)

What do I check next?

I have 3, win10 laptops running UI3 ver 39 in Chrome. I am still running BI 4.8x on the server. All of a sudden the 2 oldest laptops exhibited the same problem loading h.264 player. I went into Chrome advanced settings and just deleted all references to the BI server LAN address. Seems to have fixed problem w/o deleting all cookies. It seems to have happened around time of a win10 update, but cannot be sure. I also added the 3rd laptop around the same time. Will monitor it for the next few days after multiple power cycles. Anyone else see this problem.

Delete specific cookies
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  5. Click Cookies See all cookies and site data.
  6. At the top right, search for the BI server address.
  7. To the right of the site, click Remove (trashcan) .
