I have been locked out of my Techview QC-3133 camera and unable to find out how to factory reset, their is no reset button on either the camera or in the connecting cable. I have looked inside the camera with no joy however there is an unused connection point and wonder if this is what is used for cable reset button.

If it's two small copper vias (holes) very close to each other (especially if they're in an outlined box) that's probably it. Jumper it with a dab or two of solder and a short piece of wire, and apply power to the camera. Wait two or three minutes, then remove power, remove the jumper, and it should be reset. If you want to be absolutely certain, take pictures of the printed circuit board, and post them here.
