Login button not working on DS-7616 DVR

Hi All,

Recently I've noticed an issue with my DS-7616NI-SE/P DVR. Quite simple really, the login button doesn't work! It doesn't seem to do anything and I can't get onto the system. I've tried this on two different macs, both chrome and safari with the same issue. Waiting to get my hands on a windows PC to test it.

Before I go and restore the system, any suggestions on how to fix? It never used to do this either.

Did you upgrade the firmware?
After flashing 2.3.8 my DS-7608NI SE could no longer be accessed with Firefox.
The log in button no longer worked and I was forced into using IE.
You would think Hikvision would know better than to force users into insecure Microsoft products.

Yep that'a exactly what I did. I tried downgrading but that didn't fix it.

I've emailed their support team..

Bringing this thread back from the dead... Did you ever find a solution? I have a Hik NVR that I cannot access with IE, though FF works OK.
