Login time out

Good morning.
I have nr 3 ip camera Dahua mod. ipc-hfw2231r-zs-ire6 and I'm having problems regarding login of them.
I tried to give all combination about admin and password (888888-admin-666666) and also my new details in order to log but nothing. I see its ip value 10.1.1.1-10.1.1.2 - 10.1.1.3 but I don't have image.
Looking for on the web about, I find out that in order to solve problem could be necessary to make hard reset of camera. This is a little be strange because cameras are new never used before.
In case of hard reset, could you please send me specifications regarding my ip camera model ?

Check your network card properties to see what your network subnet is, make sure the camera ip addresses fall within the subnet range specified by your network card settings. This is something that took me forever to figure out. I was paying a networking guy for a couple years until I figured it out.

Thanks for your reply.
Yesterday after I tried to solve problems with the last one possibility I solved it.
The problem was about my dahua nvr which need to have the last one firmware. So I got it and problem has been deleted.
