I'm looking for the firmware V5.3.0build 150930 with a DSP Version of V5.0, build 150403 for CMR-HD200-20-K.

i know it's old model (2015) but maybe some one have it.

Hello, can i do somethink pour the Hitools ? my problem is because autotracking issues, the camera don't zooming automaticly during the track. i can zoom manually. if somebody have a solution for me. Thank you so much, and sorry for my bad english ;-)

Possible it's not a hikvision!
Open you ipc and try to get dump via TTL adapter & of couse make inside photo this ipc.

But, if your ipc worl well, so possible it no need to update, becouse now you don't have any backup or original firmware.
