Hi looking for some assistance. We process images using machine vision in the cloud via the RTSP stream from the camera but on Lorex LNE8950 cameras we are getting constant freezing or disconnects on remote viewer and VLC.
I am at a loose end and Lorex are saying they don't support RTSP so cant help. On the Lorex cloud or remote viewing tool everything is perfect, I have tried both H.265 and H.264 compression rate, the issue is the same on both main and sub-stream.
