LOREX Costco LNR1180 NVR Cameras not being detected

Help please.
I'm trying to set up an older Lorex IP cam system, on the LNR110 series NVR.
I have used the PC app, the Phone app, and connected directly to the TV with HDMI, and the NVR does not detect ANY of the cameras.
The ethernet port lights in the back do not light up either.

Really can use some helpful advice, been battling with this for days.
