Lorex don't give firmware updates anymore on line. You have to contact their technical support and ask for latest firmware, sometimes even advising of issues you are seeing to persuade them to give you a later firmware. Total shambles of situation with firmware. This is why I wish they could be updated to the Dahua firmware.
