Losing Weight

I’ve dieted up and down since 2000. My heaviest was 235 ish. I’m down to 178 now at 52. My goal is to have a certain appearance more than weight. I HATE my spare tire even at 178.

My advice is one word, discipline. It sucks but the more I am, the better I look.

I’ve now been off sugar (candy is my heroin) for 3 weeks. I was 187.

I walk a couple miles a day and eat 6 small meals. Just started using the Chuck Norris Total G too.

I’m a slave to my Apple Watch, but it really helps with the discipline.

You are not wrong worlando! I just broke 219...wooohooooo! Getting below 220 was tough.

I broke 150 and have been holding at 148 for a few weeks now. I'd like to get down to 145 so there's some padding between my weight and 150 to allow for an occasional binge.

Yeah, I almost have enough room to CC once again! :)

Now I've gone off the deep end. :) For my birthday, we bought an Elliptical (cross-trainer) to compliment the treadmill. I want to back off of running daily to prevent any future issues with my joints and feet. This thing is AWESOME. Just another level of absolute pain! Ha, ha., but in a good way. Even my girls like using it. These 'home' machines have come a long way!

Yeah well I rode my bike yesterday, the longest and furthest since i got the bike last month. and this morning i got up and had quite a dizzy spell, like I've never had.....Except when I was extremely hungover in my 20's. What the hell ....

Is that a "cause and effect" thing or a coincidental thing? Only way to find out is to check things like BP and heart rate regularly and track them, then do a long ride again. As the commercials always say "consult with your physician before trying this".

Written by a fattist bigot no doubt, who probably also denies all shapes are equally beautiful and healthy.

Next big scientific discovery will be a theory that humans are sexually dimorphic (2 sexes).

I went through something similar, struggling with weight and health issues. Like you, I hit a point where I needed a change. I started using a treadmill, and eventually, I introduced some running, but I faced knee pain just like you did. I also explored some supplements from Goliath Steroids to help with my progress. I decided to buy steroids credit card, and they definitely gave me a boost when I hit a plateau. Watching videos while on the treadmill is a great idea—I did something similar with a TV setup.

I know it's been a while, but Losing weight can feel like a bit of a grind sometimes. I’ve found that keeping things simple and sticking to a plan works best. It’s all about creating small, sustainable habits you can keep up with. Start by watching what you eat, not necessarily cutting everything out, but try to eat cleaner foods like veggies, lean meats, and whole grains. Also, adding a bit of exercise, even something like walking or biking, can make a difference over time. If you're looking to speed things up, some supplements can help, like those from Canadian Steroids Shop, but make sure you research and talk to a pro before jumping in.
