Lost access to all 4 HikVision IP cameras at the same time.

If it was the Windows update that caused the problem, why would it have taken over an hour to show up?
As far as I can tell, the firewall settings are fine.
The camera that I have easy access to has the IR lights on.
I cannot log into my router, has to be done by my ISP.
 
Quick update. Contacted ISP and think it is a possible router problem. WiFi works fine, but hard wire doesn't. Service guy supposed to be here sometime this afternoon.

who is your provider? are you using a supplied modem with a built in router? what manufacture and model? I can log into my comcast modem router and make changes but I use my own nighthawk router that I setup my lan on
