Lost Connection to Service

I keep getting a "Lost Connection to Service (2)" error message and the system crashes. Any ideas? It has been doing this for about the last 6 or 7 software updates.

You had the same in in June. Did you take @fenderman 's advice?

I messaged support on Blue Iris and never received a response. It doesn't happen very often but like you said it has been going on since before June.

Did you fall back to the version you had BEFORE this began?
What is your version now?
 
I have upgraded Blue Iris several times since this started happening.

And that is probably part of the problem.

Most here only update when BI adds something they want or need.

The updates are not security in nature and are to add improvements and customer requests items. But if you don't need what is being added, don't update.

When you find a stable version for your system, then sit back and hold tight until something is added you want.

I am on the version before they went to CodeProject because Deepstack simply works in my situation. Eventually he will add something I want or need and I will update then.
