Lost Line Crossing Alarms

we had line crossing on 3 of my cameras for 2 years now and all of a sudden i lost all the alerts. nothing has changed no new phones nothing. i tried updating firmware still nothing. any advice?

Need more details - what type of camera? How is it being recorded?

Which browser are you using? Dahua cams for example, and some specific models, work best with Internet Explorer. You might be viewing in a browser that isn't showing them or allowing you to set them.

they are hikvision cameras. recording on a hikvision NVR. using internet explorer

Cameras are all Hikvision. Four DS-2CD2042WD~1 4MM and two DS-2CD2T45FWD~15 2.8MM 4MP NVR is Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2 & 4 tb HDD

Cameras are all Hikvision. Four DS-2CD2042WD~1 4MM and two DS-2CD2T45FWD~15 2.8MM 4MP NVR is Hikvision DS-7616NI-E2 & 4 tb HDD

At least some Hikvision cameras also require MS Internet Explorer as their browser plugin no longer works on either Chrome or Firefox.... and Microsoft is removing MSIE from future updates of Windows 10.

Yes, using MS Internet Explorer....this sucks
