Man, I wish I had gotten one of these earlier, I wasted so much money on individual poe adapters (the tp-link ones for $16) and they made my utility closet a mess of wires. I got the BV-tech 10/100 switch first thinking that it was gigabit (because it has gigabit uplink), but then ended up keeping it for a couple weeks because 10/100 is more than enough for cameras. However, I decided to move my ubiquiti access point onto it as well, and realized that 10/100 was not going to cut it, so I returned it for BV-Tech's full gigabit switch (this one), which has been working wonderfully for my 4 POE cameras and my one access point. I'm planning on adding one more POE camera and possibly a POE powered rasberry pi to it as well.
