Hi all,
I'm running a BI server on an HP Elitedesk 800 G2 with 3x 4K Dahua cameras. Everything is running well and I'm recording each camera at 4K. When I am using the I/F of the BI program, I can see each camera preview at low res (substream) and when I double click on any camera I get the high res version of that camera on the screen. However, if I use the web viewer to view the cameras, I see the previews all in low res - but when I click on any camera, instead of getting the HD image, I get the low res version but just bigger. This is sort of annoying if I want to view the cameras off site. Is there a way of getting the web UI to provide the HD image rather than the substream?
On my cameras, the 4K image is 3840x2160 and the substream1 is 704x480. I've tried upping the Dynamic Group Max Resolution (currently set to 1440) in the Group Settings on the WebUI. But it doesn't make any difference. I can only assume that the WebUI only uses the Substream images. Is there anyway to change this or am I doing something wrong?
