Well, just about a month since initial placement, the worst case scenario finally happened with my first camera. Pretty sure this is too close to the driveway to be legally parked too
I didn't think it would catch anything, but it did. So I guess I'm in the clear
For real, sometimes out of state plates come by and they are nowhere near as good. Its funny this position worked so well, it was a haphazard idea to throw it up there just to test after a few beers
Its right on 100-110ft, so its a decent distance, but the zoom on these makes up for it. The second camera won't be so easy I think (Not that doing any LPR setup is "easy")
Great info on this thread...I may have missed it, but in both your camera positions, how high is your camera on the trees?
Also, what was the approximate angle to the street in the initial screen captures?
