Asked the person across the road for some food, then crouched on the ground and spray painted something (Left a nice paint mark with a gap where whatever was painted) and then threw her pants over the fence, and left?

I picked them up with a trash picker and threw them out, they seemed fine. No loose solids kicking around

Loose solids is not that much of an issue. Runny, splats with racing stripes that should have normally been solids would be more of a worry....
