To have an action qualify for the Make Time, does BI simply need to see that a change occurred and that the changed pixels remain 'changed' for the amount of Make Time? (Example, if some stationary object were moved and it took less than the Make Time to move the object, and once it was done moving, it stayed still)
Or...does the Make Time require that the pixels continue to change for the duration of the Make Time? (The object moves and then continues to move long enough)
