Before writing an email to the developer of Blue Iris requesting he add a new feature I thought I’d ask here to see if I am missing something, or I am onto something. In Blue Iris using CodeProject Ai license plate reader it only marks the alert files when a tag number is recorded. In turn you can only search a tag number for the individual day (or for example if you wanted to do a search for a tag number for the whole week you’d have to do 7 separate searches in alerts for each day). Meaning you can only search a specific day instead of All Clips. I am wanting to know if it is possible to search for a tag number in ALL CLIPS instead of only being able to search individual days.
Simply put, have Blue Iris add the recorded tag numbers to All Clips instead of only Alert clips.
