[MCR] 76xxNI-Ix K51 NVR 3.4.91 EN firmware repack -PSH +EXTRAS

This is a repack of NVR_K51_BL_ML_STD_V3.4.91_161220 firmware with the following changes:

- bp_read command added (dumps bootparams)
- psh is disabled
- ssh host key persists between reboots. Hikvision regenerated it upon each reboot, which was extremely annoying.
- busybox binary is replaced with a full-featured busybox
- you can add your own additional startup initialization by creating /dav2/extra_init file and making it executable. Mine, for example, starts syslogd and klogd and configures them to log remotely.

This was a bit of a squeeze when I did it in the K41 3.4.91 ML firmware. I had to remove the redundant player.zip file to fit it in.
The K51 NVRs have a much bigger flash size.

- you can add your own additional startup initialization by creating /dav2/extra_init file and making it executable.

Just for fun - and convenience, though specific to my own LAN, my startup executes arbitrary scripts off a NAS share if they exist.
Real handy for accelerating experimental changes without having to load firmware.
