Memory card not saving videos

Hi..
i just bought hikvision Cube Camera and i give static IP to the camera as it will be working as standalone so it will not be a part of any NVR. As i setup the camera and placed 64 gb card into the camera it does not show any playback on memory card nor it saves any setting. this model is new to me i dont have any idea about the setting or anythng kindly help me out

Some memory cards may be counterfeit junk.

Use H2TESTW program to test the SD card on a PC before use, This is an old slow program but very concise, if it reports any error the card is junk.

I have a hikvision cube camera and i uses it with a SD card with no problems?

What are you using to view the video on the SD card ?

Make sure to go log into the camera directly and go to the storage settings. Make sure you see the SD card there. Initialize (format) the card there if you have to. Then go to your schedule and make sure that is set up along with "Enable" of the schedule. If you are using a browser to access the camera make sure it is IE and most importantly to run IE as administrator or else any changed you made to the settings will not save even though it looks like it did.
