Not familiar with the second Samsung Evo plus sd card, but Samsung has a newer version cheaper and faster then the first one you posted:

Pretty sure I tried an EVO normal and it didn't like 128GB one. Cameras are picky like that.

I tried 64gb orange one in hik dome.works perfect but never figured out what's the difference in colors.

I believe the difference is in the write/read speeds.

A couple of years ago I purchased a Samsung 64gb orange EVO micro SD Card from Amazon for my dash cam. Lasted one month, when called Samsung for warranty coverage found out it was a counterfeit. From that point on whenever I purchase a new SD card I check the serial number to make sure it is not counterfeit.

How many days recording does the Sandisk 64 Micro SD card hold?

64GB cards are more likely to work than 128GB ones.
