Microsoft Firewall setting on local PC - best approach?

I installed BI on Win Svr 2012. All worked well. Also, shifting the config and license.
Nice job making this easy.

I run into one small issue. I am using port 81 for internal BI webserver access. Looks like the MS Firewall blocks port 81 inbound by default. So, I added a rule to allow port 81 inbounds.
Just wondering if there is a smarter way for doing this. e.g. can I allow only to hit the BlueIris exe?

If you want it more secure you need to use vpn.
