MINI PTZ V2 - POE not working

Camera works when I use a power supply but not with POE. It is the -E version so it is a POE camera. I'm trying to open it up to see if there is a loose connection but once I remove the 4 screws it only comes apart about 1/4". Has anyone taken one of these apart before?

Remove the one screw holding the top but that will break the seal and void the warrantee.

I think you are referring to version 1.

My bad, you're right. I have had V1 apart but not V2.
