Mini PTZ v2 - port forwarding, access outside home LAN

Hi,
I just got the MINI PTZ v2, I would like to access it outside my home LAN. For my Hikvision I do not have a problem using port forwarding on port 8000.
With the Mini PTZ v2 I can't get it working. I would like to use it with the iOS app IVMS-4500 and software IVM 4200 outside my home lan.
Did anyone got it working ? Could you pleas let me (us) know what settings to use ?
