My mini ptz v2 was dead on arrival. I finally took it apart and saw the problem. It appears one of the circuit boards was cracked during assembly due to some misalignment.
This is annoying, looks like they are not doing QA before shipping them out or just bad luck. I would try to get this resolved to my satisfaction and try again.
