I have a Wansview Q3S and managed to get a live stream with the
Wansview NCB521W RTSP/HTTP from the list, since the Q3S is not
(yet) in the list.

Camera properties -> PTZ/Control: The user manual says
"If you select *CUSTOM* at the top of the device list, you may use the
Edit button to specify the HTTP requests used for all PTZ commands."

But there is no *CUSTOM* entry in this list. Also there's no PTZ edit
button. Maybe I'm missing a setting in other location?

its the very first option on the list...you should have an edit button...delete the camera from blue iris and add it back..

Deleting & adding back the camera doesn't help. Installing an old Instar PTZ camera doesn't fix the issue. BI re-install doesn't fix the issue. The same story with a fresh installed & patched Windows 10 x64 VM without any additional software.
I have no *CUSTOM* first entry in the list, no *CUSTOM* entry elsewhere in the list and no edit button.

The real metal is Windows 10 x64 with latest patch level, Core i7 4702MQ@2.20GHz, 32GB Ram, Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Acer Incorporated [ALI]), 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M (Acer Incorporated [ALI])

EDIT: I just downloaded a fresh installer copy. Now ist works flawlessly. I don't understand, maybe the first installer was corrupted while downloading...

I've got this (below) for any cam, not even a PTZ; BI is version 4.5.7.3 x64, What is yours?

Select *CUSTOM HTTP* at top of drop-down then 'Edit' button is no longer greyed-out.
Select 'Edit' then 'edit PTZ HTTP' pops up.

@TonyR: Thank you for the explanation & screenshot. Please see EDIT in my post above. Very strange...

This case seems to be closed.
A 'happy ending'!
