Got a new phone and I can’t get into my account. Says check server address. What is my server address?
Earlier with my old phone I was able to get in when on Wi-Fi but not cellular . Then the next day nothing. Couldn’t get in with wi-fi.
I think it’s a port forwarding issue but heck I’m no pro.

anyones help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve had BI for 4 to 5 yrs with absolutely no problems but the guy that helped me install all of it is gone. Haha I haven’t a clue.

You can use the "lookup key" feature located in the initial screen of the app, which would require you to have your license key available for reference.

You could also use the same IP address used to access the UI3 interface (web GUI) when/if you use a computer on your LAN to view cameras or review footage.

I strongly suggest that you read this thread and start using a VPN. "Easy" access means an easy way to have your network, not only your Blue Iris system, cameras and server, hacked.
