It shouldn't need to be said, but the rabid animal that did this needs to be put down when it is caught. No NORMAL OR PRODUCTIVE human being does this. However, the FACT that NO ONE DID SHIT about it, is ASTONISHING and EXTREMELY DISTURBING. 'We are in a world of shit.'

The first thing my uncle said to me while living in NYC. Was to be at least ten feet from the train and never ever touch the 3rd rail. If there wasn’t a article explaining what happened I was sure the person was dead!

As it looked like she was completely run over.

People have horrible situational awareness, and either don't see what's happening, or can't process what is happening quick enough to do anything.
It's called the bystander effect, don't plan on anyone helping you in most violent situations.
Nothing new.

As a career Infantryman and Drill Instructor, I NAGGED THE CRAP out of my Marines and Recruits about 'situational awareness'. I do the same to my daughters, just not quite as harshly.... To do nothing is inexcusable, but admittedly, the video did cut off quickly.
