Wanting something that can handle 12x 1080p cameras at 15fps all motion triggered. Was thinking this, but not sure it can handle it: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B017OF6T9O/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1BVYXEL822RF0

i currently have an i5 3570k, 16gb, ssds, and win 10 pro. I am using a graphics card amd 270x, which I may not need from what I have read. Any suggestions on curbing the 24x7 power draw? I'm only using 42% cpu so maybe under clock a bit and lower cpu wattage?

Other suggestions?

remove the card and use hardware acceleration. Have you measured the draw?
All in ones are a terrible idea.
