Motion detection fires on whole area instead of defined area

Hello,

I have a rather annoying problem with recording on motion.

Motion detection should only monitor a defined area, but the entire image triggers a recording, e.g. when a car drives down the street.

The camera is set in Surveillance Station to pull the camera settings.

Does this also happen in daylight?
I'm wondering if the car headlights intrude enough into the defined area to trigger the motion detection.

In any case - you should find that Intrusion detection / Line crossing detection provides more reliable results.

its the same by day.

okay i disabled motion detection and enabled line crossing detection.
