it seems I am to blond to setup motion detection on my camera.
Months ago I have bought a Annke C500 and have updated this camera to the latest Hikvision firmware (V5.5.116 build 200512, I51DF, B-R-E7-0) - so far so good.
I have created an ftp-server on a different Linux server and have inserted all information to /Network/AdvSettings/FTP. When pressing the button "Test" the test is successfull and in my directory is a file called "test". If I activate also "Upload picture", unfortunatkley there is still only the file "Test" - strange !
However, I have tested also MotionDetection under "Evnet/BasicEvent", have inserted all necessray information like "draw area" and "linkage method", but there is no picture in my ftp-directory. There is also no entry in my log /Security/Maintenance/SecurityAuditLog" (Filter: Events".
Any hint is welcome.
