Motion detection with video on/off (If you are expert, this is your thread)

Hi

I need an app android that switch desktop of monitor (tablet) if a motion is detected.
My ip camera send an alarm when motion is detected and another alarm when previous motion alarm is stopped.
Scenario:
1) Tablet have a "clock" (or other) on desktop
2) motion detected
3) Desktop switch to live play
4) no motion
5) Desktop switch to "clock"

Exist an app that do this?
