I searched for an IP camera that also had an RF display and could only find the Motorola mbp85 and the summer infant wifi monitor. I went with the Motorola. The only problem with it is it sends its stream to their webpage, http://hubbleconnected.com/ forcing you to use their webpage and their apps instead of logging into it directly from your own network. Of course they don't make an app for windows phone and the webpage is flash based so it will not work on mobile phones either. And of course if you want the "advanced" features like motion detection and recording, there is a monthly fee. I really wanted to be able to use third party apps such as ip cam controller (on my phone) or blue iris on my server or at the very least, it would be nice to be able to log into its IP address directly. The summer infant cam works the same way unfortunately.
When I access the webpage on my PC and use wireshark, I can see it receiving the stream from an IP address that take me to a page that shows "Wowza Streaming Engine 4 for Amazon EC2 4.1.0 build12602" I believe this is an Amazon server that allows devices to upload data.
I did a bit of snooping with nmap and found that port 80, 6667, 8080, and 464 was open. Using blue iris, I tried multiple camera configurations and actually got video using the A-Link IPC1 JPEG settings, which use the http://IPADDRESS/cgi/jpg/image.cgi URL. That gives me basic functions in blue iris but I still don't have PTZ control, two way audio or any way of changing camera settings. Does anybody have any advice on how I can get further functionality out of this thing?
Thanks

Re: Motorola (Binatone) WIFI baby monitor need help finding parameters for blue iris,

SO!
I googled this thread out as I am also interested in MBP85 internals. Decided not to take a screw driver in my hand and do whatever possible with the keyboard :)

I found that article a while ago. http://www.surfrock66.com/improving-the-motorola-blink-baby-monitorcamera-part-1 so one can use it for reference. Joe the great saved us all.
There are differences with our model and with what Joe was hacking, but they are minor and the approach is pretty well described.

Feel free to use =)

Re: Motorola (Binatone) WIFI baby monitor need help finding parameters for blue iris,

Actually it was me with iSpy.
Use my post as a direction for PTZ and the stream is also listed.

So we have video, audio and movement
We do not have audio TO the cam yet and there is no way as I see it to connect to the camera and execute the code. Should have some telnet thus.

I do not know how to star infrared also... yet
