Mouse Problem

I have a problem with our hikvision 32 CH nvr?
Mouse not working properly.
1 hour work then restart some time 5 min work and need a restart

I was going to ask the same thing. Have you tried a different mouse? I have found that the ones that come with the NVR are really crappy and don’t work half the time

As stated above, the mouse that comes bundled with the NVR is an exercise of one's self control. Moving the mouse to one of the other USB ports occasionally remedies the issue. FYI, the NVR supports wireless mice.
