move BI Clips Window? change BI desktop layout

due to a computer monitor problem, the right side of the windows desktop is clipped off a little..
when maximized, the scroll bar on the BI clips window is not visible.

can I move the clips window to the left side of the BI desktop to avoid this problem?
didn't see anything in the help about this..
