Moving from amd to intel....but which processor?

hi guys I've been using an amd a8 6500 to run blue iris on. It's currently got 3 cameras on and the processor is around 50%. From what I've been reading intel seems to be the way forward.

The pc also runs a a file server (recording tv/storing files), blue iris and media portal. I'd like to keep the power draw as low as possible (I think the amd was around 65w) as it's on 24/7. I will be installing another 3 4mp hikvison cameras and I don't think the poor amd will cope much longer. What kaby lake/other processors would be best suited to this? Thanks in advance

Intel i7. I have it running 8 cams record on motion and homeseer. And touchscreen monitor for hstouch. Cpu runs at 6%. With all cams recording it can spike up to 40%.
