MQTT - Connect error 10061

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help. I am trying to setup MQTT on Blue Iris 4.

I have all my details on the Edit MQTT Server page but I keep getting the following:

Initialized
Connecting
Connect error 10061
Shutdown

Any tips on how to start diagnosing would be most appreciated.

Same problem here.

Using CloudMQTT successfully elsewhere.

Same problem here. Haven't been able to find a solution.

I have no problem connecting to my MQTT server with BI5, but perhaps there is an issue with BI4.
