Multiple TripWire Notifications on NVR5216-16P-4KS2E

I am getting (3) mobile notifications every time a trip wire event happens. Sometimes the object tripping the wire is delayed and I cannot see the object in photo. I have to use the playback to see what happened. Anyone else dealing with this?
