I don't know what's up with that....on some browsers the video shows but on my Chrome it shows audio and I have to download to watch.

Behavior and sounds seem a bit fox like. Perhaps juvenile or baby foxes maybe with mange. It's florida so who knows maybe someone's been trying to cross breed fox and opossum.

I fixed it by putting it on YouTube. Never had a problem uploading video on this site before.
Correct, these are foxes. This is in Atlanta where my parents live. One of the cams I set up for them.
"Foxes undergo a protracted moult that lasts for much of the summer, starting at the haunches and moving forwards. This moult can give the fox something of a 'mangy' appearance, such as the very thin tail in this animal, but it is not actually mange."

The foxes around me are much fluffier.
The lil' fella is finally putting some fur on to get ready for winter.
