My backyard had 17 vultures visiting this morning

Not all are visible here. It was spooky. They all came in one swoop. There were no dead animals as far as I could see.

They seemed to like it here.
They were all visiting 3 days ago and probably remembered that it was a very comfortable place with shade and sun.
I would not mind having them visit but when all of them swoop down at once, they scare away all the other animals.

I thought I'd just throw this out there. You might have a natural gas leak around your property. Vultures can sometimes sniff out the sulfur smell and come looking for a meal.
