Is this a brand new device or existing? If brand new, almost every Dahua device comes as 192.168.1.108, so you first need to change the laptop to that IP range to access the device and then change within the device to match your ip address range.

Is the .20 the camera IP?

The laptop needs to have the final numbers not be a number already assigned to a device in your system.

It is Dahua Ip Villa Outdoor Station, default Ip on manual say that is 192.168.1.110, but when i connect my device to a router with ethernet cable, or in Laptop with ethernet cable, and then i type on browser 192.168.1.110, i cant open, also when i change ip of device from my laptop, i make a static ip to my range that is 192.168.178... i make 192.168.178.20 for example, again i cant have access to dahua server on browser for configuration:/

Your laptop or other access device would need to have an IP address within the same subnet as that of the cam (e.g., 192.168.1.x)

, also when i change ip of device from my laptop, i make a static ip to my range that is 192.168.178... i make 192.168.178.20 for example, again i cant have access to dahua server on browser for configuration:/

How are you changing the cam IP if you can't access it?

Assuming that can and your access device is on 192.168.178.x can you ping the 192.168.178.20 address?
